In short: muroso sets no cookies, uses no analytics services, loads nothing from third-party servers and does not know who you are unless you write to us.

Visiting the site

When you visit, our host (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus, data centre in the EU) processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, page requested, browser. This data is kept in server logs and deleted after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content

muroso sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts, images and videos are stored on our own server. While you read, no connection is made to Google, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest or other third parties.

The Studio tools

Style Finder, Palette Studio, Daylight Compass, Proportion Lab, Material Bench, Terrace Planner and Budget Model run entirely in your browser. Your input is not sent to us. So that you find your saved rooms and results again on your next visit, the browser stores them locally (Local Storage) on your device. This is not a cookie, we have no access to it, and you can delete the data at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

The share buttons are plain links. Only when you click WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Telegram does the respective service open with the text and the link, and its own privacy rules then apply.

Contact and newsletter

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, message) in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The message is delivered to our editorial team by email and stored in a log file on the server, which is deleted after 12 months. For the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe, which is possible via a link in every email (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We do not pass data on to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@muroso.com at any time. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; the one responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
